Mission Locale Picardie Maritime - Project leader

The Mission Locale Picardie Maritime (MLPM) is at the heart of the InternshipConnect project, operating in the dynamic region of Picardie Maritime. This region in northern France, rich in culture and history, is characterized by the diversity of its labor market, ranging from tourism to industry. The MLPM, founded in 2000, is committed to supporting young people aged 16 to 25, as well as adults in difficulty, through personalized programs to help them find employment and training. With 44 employees in three departments, MLPM offers a variety of services, including the PACEA program for youth independence and the CEJ for disadvantaged youth. It actively participates in European projects, such as TERRINOV and TERREMPLO, which aim to improve the employability and independence of young people through innovative initiatives and international partnerships.

Ballymun Job centre

The Ballymun Job Center (BJC) in Ireland is a key player in InternshipConnect, based in Ballymun, an area undergoing transformation since 1999. As Ireland's first community-based employment initiative, the BJC faces challenges such as poverty, low education levels, and generational unemployment. With a staff of 32, the center collaborates with numerous local, national, and European organizations. It offers a variety of services, including psychometric assessments, employment support for people with a history of substance abuse or criminality, and specific training in technical and behavioral skills. The BJC has been involved in European projects since the late 1990s, developing psychometric tools and new intervention models. Its mission is to help its clients realize their potential in the labor market by supporting them in finding sustainable employment and living a life free from social dependence.

Obrtno-podjetniška zbornica Kranj - OOZ Kranj

The Chamber of Crafts and Small Businesses of Kranj (OOZ Kranj), a partner in the Erasmus+ project “InternshipConnect,” plays a crucial role in promoting entrepreneurship and learning in Slovenia. Located in Central Europe, Slovenia is recognized for its quality of life, green economy, and innovation. Founded in 1968, OOZ Kranj represents more than 1,300 SMEs, offering support for business development, training, and cross-border cooperation. It promotes social innovation, inclusion, and lifelong learning. As part of InternshipConnect, it is responsible for collecting good practices in Slovenia, developing a pilot model linking education and business, and communication. OOZ Kranj brings its strong local network, expertise in vocational training, and commitment to sustainability and inclusion. Expected results include a guide to best practices and improved cooperation between SMEs and training institutions.

Located in the heart of Rome's historic center, the Italian Hospitality School (IHS) excels in teaching tourism, hospitality, and culinary arts. Thanks to a hands-on approach, students benefit from real-world experiences in professional environments, in partnership with hotels and restaurants throughout the city. Located in Trastevere, a vibrant neighborhood known for its authentic Italian culture, IHS offers a unique educational setting.

IHS offers EQF 3, 4, and 5 programs entirely in English, attracting international students. Rome's dynamic tourism and gastronomy scene serves as a living laboratory, offering countless learning opportunities. Students gain practical skills through internships and masterclasses, enriching their understanding of traditional and innovative hospitality practices.

La "Hotel School" en Lettonie, partenaire du projet Erasmus+ "InternshipConnect", est un établissement d'enseignement supérieur spécialisé dans le management hôtelier. Avec plus d'une décennie d'expérience, l'école propose des programmes accrédités en Lettonie et au Royaume-Uni, permettant d'obtenir des diplômes reconnus à l'échelle européenne.

L'école met l'accent sur un environnement d'apprentissage international, où l'anglais est la langue principale, et offre des formations en letton et en russe. Les opportunités Erasmus+ permettent aux étudiants de participer à des stages à l'étranger dans des hôtels prestigieux en Europe. L'école est également un centre éducatif BTEC, délivrant des diplômes britanniques.

Les projets Erasmus+ incluent des initiatives pour l'éducation et la formation professionnelle (VET), l'éducation des adultes, et des partenariats stratégiques axés sur la diversité culinaire et la durabilité. Grâce à son réseau et à ses collaborations internationales, la "Hotel School" prépare ses étudiants à une carrière réussie dans l'industrie hôtelière mondiale.

CJ Amarante, a key player in InternshipConnect, was founded in 1993 to promote healthy lifestyles among young people. Located in Portugal, CJ Amarante incorporates activities such as kayaking, mountain biking, and fair trade. The organization stands out for its commitment to sustainability, non-formal education, intercultural dialogue, and social and environmental entrepreneurship.

CJ Amarante is involved in various European projects, such as the European Solidarity Corps and Erasmus+ youth exchanges. It collaborates with local partners, such as the municipality of Amarante, and international partners, thereby strengthening its network and impact. The organization focuses on financial independence, alternative management, and social innovation, while actively involving its staff in decision-making.

With a growing budget and local recognition, CJ Amarante continues to serve as an example and inspiration, particularly in the areas of sustainable development and social inclusion.

Le Cube Consultants, based in Le Mans, is a French think tank specializing in regional skills management. Founded by Giang Pham, PhD in economics, and Margaux Réauté, project manager, Le Cube focuses on territorial development, training, and communication. Although small, the team is enriched by external researchers and specialists as needed.

Their approach emphasizes collective skills, territorial anchoring, and social innovation. Involved in various Erasmus+ projects, such as “InternshipConnect” and “Back to the Land,” they seek to improve the reception of migrants and tourists in rural areas and the quality of life for seniors. Le Cube also collaborates on regional missions in France, integrating European projects such as Terrinov and Terremplo.
